Queens Park is a large GP practice in Stockton, occupying a relatively modern building. Plans by the local NHS to combine practices in a new central facility stalled with the failure of a Business Case for a new acute hospital. The practice opted for a new 500 square metre extension to their present building, giving them nearly 30 consulting rooms to allow for future expansion. Abstract managed the development on behalf of owners Assura, and the scheme was completed in early 2014.
